Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your last communication about a service you purchased from us, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit in writing what you want to be refunded and why. We do not offer cash refunds only credit to be used for other services offered by DeSimone Global Marketing. If an exception is granted it will only be up to 50% of the total purchase price.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 30 days of refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Credit (if applicable)
